mar, que no ha aprendido a sospechar;
qué pena, digo, si a su voz
no la escucharan los demás.
Silencios hay que son "mejor",
otros que imploran libertad.
Silencios que hablan del
dolor y otros revelan soledad.
Silencios que muestran temor
ante la triste realidad.
Qué pena que deba callar lo
que no se puede olvidar,
pedazo de historia que fue
origen de nuestra verdad;
qué pena, hijos, si al
crecer no la pudieran escuchar.
Camino hecho con sudor.
Sangre vertida con pasión.
Futuro incierto, ya lo sé,
como es incierta nuestra fe,
pues la esperanza sucumbió a
los dictados de la ley.
Con tu mirada y con mi voz,
juntos, podremos recoger
el fruto de esta rebelión,
antes que pierdas tu niñez,
porque tu tiempo es el mejor
aunque no lo puedan creer.
Qué pena si este corazón
perdiera fuerzas al latir
y al fin debiera sucumbir
por la corrupta sinrazón
y no pudieras compartir las
últimas puestas del sol.
This milonga was born not only from a bitter personal experience, but because even in those worst moments of my life and that of my daughter, I could not help but see the baseness of a judiciary absolutely indifferent to its main and only function that justifies its own existence. : to be available to those who really need it and who, if they have the misfortune to be in that place, it is not out of whim or pleasure, but out of extreme necessity.
I have seen corruption in the family jurisdiction, and I do not mean economically, but the way in which reports are accommodated.
I have seen fathers and mothers suffer, wandering without answers and subjected to the mistreatment of people whose only concern is their appearance, clothing and their frivolities.
Surely it will never change, and neither will the other judicial jurisdictions, but it is good to hope that something happens in the future that corrects and improves that service of "justice".
WHAT A PITY
What a
shame if this heart, which does not know the reason,
that he has
not lived by the sea, that he has not learned to suspect;
What a
shame, I say, if the others did not listen to his voice.
There are
silences that are "better", others that implore freedom.
Silences
that speak of pain and others reveal loneliness.
Silences
that show fear in the face of sad reality.
What a pity
that I should keep quiet about what cannot be forgotten,
piece of
history that was the origin of our truth;
What a
shame, children, if when you grew up you could not listen to it.
I walk made
with sweat. Blood shed with passion.
Future
uncertain, I know, as our faith is uncertain,
for hope succumbed
to the dictates of the law.
With your
look and with my voice, together, we can collect
the fruit
of this rebellion, before you lose your childhood,
because
your time is the best although they may not believe it.
What a
shame if this heart lost its strength when beating
and should
finally succumb to corrupt unreason
And you
couldn't share the last sunsets
